using Moons

Moons helps you record subscriptions, estimate costs and plan for renewals. the information comes from what you enter. Moons does not connect to your bank, make payments, or cancel services for you. check amounts and dates with the provider before relying on them.

keep your sign-in account secure. use Moons lawfully and do not try to access another person's information or disrupt the service.

free and Pro

the free version supports up to three subscriptions and one reminder timing for each. Pro allows unlimited subscriptions and reminder timings through a yearly subscription or a lifetime purchase. the App Store purchase screen shows the price, currency and purchase terms that apply to your Apple account before you pay. no monthly plan or free trial is planned.

a yearly purchase renews through Apple unless you cancel it under Apple's subscription rules. manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. the lifetime option is a one-time purchase of Pro access for the lifetime of the Moons service. it is not a promise that the app or service will operate forever.

if yearly Pro expires while you have more than three saved subscriptions, Moons asks you to choose your favourite three to keep in your feed. the remaining subscriptions stay saved in a separate state, hidden from your feed with their reminders stopped, until you renew Pro. nothing is deleted, and hiding a subscription in Moons does not cancel it with its provider. renewing Pro brings those saved subscriptions back. to restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore purchases on the Pro screen while signed in to the same Apple account. existing extra reminder timings on your chosen three remain saved after yearly Pro expires.

beta testers use the free version, capped at three subscriptions and one reminder timing. purchases and purchase restoration are unavailable in the free beta, including sandbox purchases. TestFlight access does not automatically include Pro. the existing operator-specific Pro beta grant is separate from tester access and is not a purchase.

Apple handles billing and refund requests. deleting your Moons account does not cancel a yearly Moons Pro subscription or any subscription you track. check Apple subscription settings before deleting your account.

reminders and availability

reminder delivery depends on your saved dates, notification permissions, your device, and iOS. Moons cannot guarantee that every reminder will appear at the expected time. keep another reminder for payments where a missed notice would matter.

your information

our privacy policy explains the information Moons uses and the services involved. you can remove entries and request account deletion through the app. do not send sensitive credentials or payment card numbers to support.

nothing on this page removes consumer rights that apply under the law.
